Update: Session 5

July 9, 2020

UI Health and the INA met today for full day of bargaining. The INA bargaining team spent the morning continuing its questions and objections to UI Health’s comprehensive proposals. UI Health presented three counter proposals and responded to INA’s questions. After lunch, both teams caucused and continued working on proposals/counter proposals. The teams met at 3:30; the INA had a number of clarifying questions about outstanding items after which adding additional bargaining days, beginning the week of July 21st, was discussed.
