Update: Session 27

UI Health and the INA met for 14 hours; FMCS mediators Kevin Farrell and Richard Murphy were present. INA responded to UI Health’s counter by presenting a comprehensive counter proposal in the afternoon which continued to make movement on staffing, management rights, and operations. UI Health responded with its own counter on open non-economic items. After two additional passes, the night ended with no TAs signed; UI Health maintained its commitment to continue to meet to come to a mutually beneficial agreement.
