Update: Session 22

September 10, 2020

UI Health and the INA met for a longer day of bargaining; FMCS mediators Kevin Farrell and Richard Murphy were present and facilitated the passing of proposals. UI Health presented a comprehensive economic counter proposal in addition to a counter proposal related to maintaining bargaining unit staff. The parties continued detailed and in depth conversations related to staffing. The INA continued to be unwilling to sign tentative agreements. UI Health communicated its commitment to continue to meet to come to a mutually beneficial agreement.
