Update: Session 20

September 3, 2020

UI Health and the INA met for a full day of bargaining; FMCS mediators Kevin Farrell and Richard Murphy were present. UIH began the day be presenting an economic counter proposal, during which it responded to questions from the INA. The INA then asked to caucus for most of the remainder of the day to prepare an economic counterproposal. The parties spoke with the mediators at various points during the day to discuss their proposals and next steps. Near to the end of the day the INA presented UI Health with a compressive economic counter proposal.
