Update: Session 14

August 13, 2020

UI Health and the INA met for a full day of bargaining at which FMCS mediator, Steve George, was present. The session began with invited guests from and Perioperative Serves to discuss weekend staffing. After caucus, UIC Police leadership joined negotiations to discuss the parties’ safety and security proposal. Both parties also presented and discussed additional proposals. The parties signed three tentative agreements.

The next session is scheduled for August 19, 2020.
