Update: Session 13

August 12, 2020

UI Health and the INA met for a full day of bargaining. The session began with the introduction of FMCS mediators Steve George and Kevin Farrell, after which both parties caucused. When the teams reconvened, UI Health welcomed guest from UI Health Nursing leadership and presented information related to UI Health’s comprehensive staffing proposal; INA’s staffing proposal was also addressed. The teams worked together on language to tentatively agree (TA) on and UI Health presented a separate non-economic counter proposal related to hiring.
