Update: Session 1

June 9, 2020

Negotiations begin on a successor contract via WebEx. Both the UI Health and the INA introduced their bargaining teams, discussed and agreed to various ground rules and logistics for the negotiations. The INA presented a comprehensive non-economic package, which contained numerous proposed changes to the contract. The parties agreed to meet weekly through the middle of July.

The next session is scheduled for June 17, 2020.
